Week 2 Day 2 (Intervals Plus)

With the Mr Funner/Smoke Challenge entering week #2, I decided to add the Mr Funner Circuit to my Interval day "fun".

Warm ups: Y Squats (12), Pushups (20), Mountain Climbers (8/side)...2x

* half mile jog

Jump Rope - 75r
Pushups - 25r
Chinups - 10r
Rollouts -25r
Swings - 40r
...repeat for a total of 4 sets

Intervals:
.15 mile @ 9.5-9.7 mph (1 minute)
1 minute Active Rest
...repeat 10x

* half mile jog
